FAQ

How do challenge tickets refill? In Challenge Mode, tickets refill at midnight each day when you have fewer than the standard number. Watching an ad adds more. If an ad cannot be loaded, wait a little and 1 ticket is refilled for free. Free Mode is always free.

I saw an inappropriate ad. On both iPhone and Android, tap Settings > Report an Ad in the app to open a pre-filled email. Please include when you saw it and what the ad showed.

I can’t see the rankings. On iPhone, rankings, friend challenges, and achievements need Game Center: sign in under iPhone Settings > Game Center, then reopen the app. On Android, sign in to Google Play Games to see the rankings, then reopen the app.

Where are my photos stored? The photo, name, and speech-bubble lines of a photo character stay on your device and are never sent to a server. They are deleted when you delete the character or the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I change my ad consent? On both iPhone and Android, use Settings > Ad Consent Settings in the app. For personalized ads, change it under iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or on Android under the device’s Settings > Google > Ads. Menu names can differ a little by device and Android version.
