FAQ

How do I change channels? Turn the dial, or drag up or down anywhere on the screen. Tapping a channel on the dial also switches right away. On an iPad with a keyboard, the up and down arrow keys work too.

How do I add my favorite channels? Tap the “Edit channels” button (the four-squares icon), then search and add. You can also drag to reorder them.

The controls disappeared. While a video plays, the controls hide after a moment and the video grows larger. Tap the screen once to bring them back.

Do I have to connect a Google account? No. Without connecting, you can watch the default channels and any channels you add yourself. If you connect, you can also watch your subscribed channels, your subscription feed, your playlists, and videos you liked as channels. You can disconnect any time in Settings.

A video won’t play. Check your internet connection. Some videos won’t play because the uploader has blocked playback in other apps or because of regional restrictions. The app skips these videos automatically.

The weather isn’t showing. Weather appears only when location access is allowed. In the Settings app, go to SecondTV › Location and choose “While Using the App”.

How do I clear my watch history? Tap “Clear watch history” in the app’s settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
